If you are anything like me, you are probably looking for ways to make additional income online.
This may sound and look easy, especially if you read all thet the so called Guru’s have to say.
There however is a booming and blossoming online industry which will only increase in size and value over time.
Domain Name Selling, - this is the process where you attempt to find good profitable domain names that are not currently regisrered, or have never been registered.
You then register these domains, and then onsell them for a profit. Easy-Money (if you know what you are doing).
Why are Domain Names Valuable ?
The answer to the above question is the same as in Real Estate. Simply put, there are only so many Domain names available, and the good names like CAR.COM, or SEX.COM, are now worth millions.
The chances of you actually snaring a domain name like these is basically no existent. BUT do not be put off, because there are good profits to be made with secondary domain names.
Two word domain names such as PETSUPPLIES.COM or NASCARPAGE.COM ( for some reason Nascar domain names are popular.)

Registering Domain Names
The process of registering domain names is fairly simple, the reistrar that I personally use is DYNADOT, the reason I use them, is that they give you a 5 day cooling off period during which you can “return” the Domain name for credit.
This gives you an opportunity to test the domain name by parking it somwhere like NAMEDRIVE or SEDO, and seeing whether the Domain Name attracts any traffic. While you are about it you can also list your Domains at AFTERNIC.
The above resources are also a good place to source some fairly good Domains at a reasonable price.
Something else I enjoy doing is finding nice Domain names, and then building websites around them using Wordpress (free) and setting them up on on a host like GODADDY or HOSTGATOR, and either selling the site, or selling affiliate products through the site.
